BASIL PICKLED STRAWBERRY

When people hear ‘pickled’ most people think dill... and that couldn’t be further from the truth. This one was inspired by Whitfield's Barbecue, and their condiment basil pickled strawberry. It’s simply divine on their tacos and BBQ. It was love at first taste so I took the their recipe, and with their blessing, reverse engineered it to create this work of art. You might not get it right away, but I guarantee you’ll come back for more. This one is flabbergasting.
