This is the Black Flag. It comes in and takes no prisoners. Like pirates and punk rockers, this jelly takes no quarter. This smoked and peppered apple jelly puts the X in Texas and is uncompromising in its flavor and is unapologetically not a meat glaze. Although it’s pretty damn good that way too.
