JUPITER 2

This was my first entry into utilizing hatch green chile. Having grown up eating these peppers, just like the chili pequins, I wanted to pay homage to my childhood. Just like Lost in Space, I remember watching, enthralled, as my Great-Grandma Manzanares eat some chile so hot that it’d blow your hair back. So to quote this famous space western, ‘Danger, Danger!’. This flavor is just like growing up the 60’s, this apple cider/tart cherry jelly has no safety helmets or seatbelts
