MIXED BERRY

Cherry/strawberry/blackberry/raspberry jelly may not sound like an adventurous jelly, but this was a hard fought win. After eating some humble pie on the first few attempts, I’ve worked out a formulation that allows each berry to shine. The fruit is roughly processed so a few seeds do get through, but the taste and the flavor are on pointe. This one’s a gateway to some of our more adventurous flavors
