ORANGE MARMALADE

I didn’t even want to do an orange marmalade, but like all good work, it had to be done. It’s accessible and sweet, thanks to those Texas-juice oranges. Through trial and error, I’ve tamed the saccharine lion to craft something that’s sweet, but not too sweet. And you know what? I’m proud of this one.
