This jelly is based on a friend’s family heirloom recipe that had been lost. When it came to recreating the magic, all I had to go on was a verbal recounting of a peach jelly. So I tried my best and did it with a modern twist. The heft of these flavors will smack you down. Using Fredericksburg peaches, this one is nostalgic in a way that it’s hard to encapsulate.
