PINK LADY

This one was inspired by the many weeping women ghost stories that pepper the Texas landscape. When I brewed this I had a vision of this upper crust, gentile woman in her layers of silk and lace. Instead of a face being shaded by her bonnet, there waits for you… a skull! This rhubarb jelly is truly dangerous, just like La Llorona. She’ll draw you in and pull you down to your death. But really, it’s a damn fine jelly.
