BLUE DEMON

This is my homage to living the Rio Grande Valley while growing up. Blue Demon was one of my favorite luchadors. He was always victorious. And he never gave up his mask, he took it to the grave. The flavor of blueberry is so strong in a jelly that it needed a takedown of epic proportions. This peppered blueberry is a high-flying, body slamming takedown. It’s a champion among jellies.
 
Ingredients: Blueberry, sugar, pectin, jalapeno, serrano, habanero, chili pequin, Thai chili, lemon, lime, apple cider vinegar
