21ST CENTURY STANDARD

This is THE standard and I’ll rally behind this one any day. Like the Roman centurions, this is my battle flag—everything that comes after is made in the image of this standard. For too long we’ve been complacent with our peppered jellies. So I’m leaving the world better than I found it with this apple jelly. I give you, the world, peppered apple jelly with a kiss of smoke.
 
Ingredients: Apple cider, sugar, pectin, jalapeno, serrano, habanero, chili pequin, lemon, lime, apple cider vinegar.
